World Business Lenders provides general purpose short-term real estate collateralized commercial loans to a broad customer base comprised of small and medium sized businesses throughout the country that lack access to traditional funding. The Business Development Specialist (BDS) is a key contributor responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with independent sales organizations (ISOs) to grow the WBL channel partnerships. He or she will provide assistance, support and guidance throughout the process while simultaneously reaching out to the national network of over 20K potential clients, in a variety of approaches including but not limited to phone calls, email campaigns, and text messaging. The BDS will identify, assess and execute business development opportunities within the company’s targeted market sectors to build market share for WBL.
Strong relationships and sales skills are at the core of this role, and the successful incumbent will not only be able to confidently interact with clients and executives at some of the largest brokerage firms throughout the country, but also work with WBL’s internal operations team to increase sales with existing customers, by employing dynamic sales techniques.
Competitive compensation package, including $36k annual draw plus uncapped commission based on production, offering strong earning potential in the six-figures.
