*Description*

As an Account Executive, you will:

* Drive new business opportunities through a combination of inbound leads and outbound prospecting into the Enterprise segment (2000+ employees)

* Carry & manage deals from initial discovery through the full sales cycle & contract closing

* Partner/cooperate directly with cross-functional teams including customer success & account management

* Carry a customer-centric and strategic approach to all client management processes & relationships

* Manage customers that are in the upper mid-market segment

* Be a part of an early stage high-growth start up

* Have an entrepreneurial mindset and bring new ideas to leadership

* Grow immensely within the company

What you bring:

* 2-4 years of sales experience in a B2B setting (ideally within software/SaaS, or insurance/benefits)

* Experience selling benefits or benefit tech into HR leads or HR admin is a huge plus

* You thrive in a fast-paced, low structure start-up environment

* You can manage variable & unique sales processes (4 week to 4 month sales cycles, variable deal sizes)

* Consistent track record of attaining and exceeding quota

* Entrepreneurial mindset

* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

* Experience presenting and demonstrating software to clients
