Social27 is a leading Virtual Events Platform. We are a fast-growing company headquartered in Redmond, WA. We offer an all-in-one, virtual event platform enterprise that helps small, medium and enterprise companies around the world manage and grow their virtual event needs and business.

Summary Of Position

The Account Executive is responsible for all aspects of the sales process, including prospecting, lead generation, qualification, evaluation, and closing. Furthermore, they play an integral part in defining and building the sales playbook for our fast-growing company.

Essential Job Functions
  • Create, manage and own your sales pipeline from the prospect's initial inquiry to the close of the deal
  • Actively develop opportunities by identifying and researching potential accounts
  • Present custom demonstrations to prospects after evaluating their needs and matching to the best solution(s)
  • Maintain and grow existing customer base by providing best-in-class customer service
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Operations, and Product teams to provide our customers with the best possible product experience
  • Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches
  • Handle inbound, prospect calls and convert them into sales
  • Collaborate with Social27 Customer Success Team to ensure the success of your accounts
  • Become a Social27 Virtual Events Platform expert
  • Overcome objections of prospective customers.
  • Achieve quotas and KPIs

Desired Skills And Experience

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
  • Comfortable with inside sales and have experience running the full sales cycle on their own
  • Familiar with sales engagement, enrichment, and intelligence tools for prospecting
  • Familiar with different CRMs
  • Experience working with small to mid-level sized companies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, personality, and the ability to build relationships and trust with customers
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales goals: exceeding sales quota and quality 'contact' metrics
  • Ability to engage with prospects over email, phone, and via video conference
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking skills
  • Organizational and time management skills

Physical Requirements
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times

EDUCATION
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience

Experience
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales or business development capacity
  • Experienced in technical sales
  • Prior Events, Meetings, or Conference sales experience a plus
