Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Work as a liaison between executives, corporate, and clients to ensure positive forward momentum and maintain customer satisfaction
  • Prospect, qualify, sell, and close software agreements through a complex sales cycle
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and executives of clients around the country (including CEO, CMO, CFO, CSO)
  • Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge around the Emerge brand
  • Take full responsibility of agreed-upon goals
  • Maintain and educate team on all leading competitors


Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2+ years of experience in in the freight industry required
  • Bachelor's Degree or work-related experience required
  • Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced team environment
  • Previous experience with emerging markets, technologies, and services
  • Extensive knowledge of SaaS and technology-based applications
  • Comprehensive technical background
  • Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as collaboration skills
  • Exceptional skills in strategic thinking, problem-solving, decision making, and business strategy
  • Comprehensive experience with web-based conferencing tools

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
