Job Description

In collaboration with senior team members, the incumbent performs detailed analytical work and performs problem solving with internal sales, CPG, and Retail clients. Typical duties include independently managing digital offer processing and management, client reporting & tracking, database maintenance, communicating to the client on any questions, educating and training clients on the digital coupon industry and Receipt Rewards program.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

• Answering questions related to Inmar Intelligence digital and receipt reward promotion products

• Manage assigned client accounts on a day-to-day basis.

• Independently manages high profile and complex client accounts.

• Helping clients understand the requirements for a complete digital and receipt reward campaign insertion order and asset package; reviewing delivered assets and insertion orders for completion.

• Provide training to representatives on new procedures and products.

• Testing Receipt Reward campaigns for quality.

• Responsible for the reporting processes and ensures the integrity of clients' reports and billing.

• Ability to develop strong relationships with client base resulting in client contract renewals.

• Responsible for oral and written communication on client-related issues to resolve problems, and augment procedures as necessary and establish new guidelines.

• Working closely with manager and other team members, performs special projects as required to maintain assigned accounts (for example, data collection projects, research projects).

Minimum Requirements:

• Minimum three (3) years of client management experience preferred, or a combination of experience and relevant education accepted.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field preferred.

• Ability to perform detailed and complex work with data analysis.

• Requires strong organization and verbal/written communication skills.

• Ability to concisely explain complex concepts to clients.

• Ability to professionally handle client issues and maintain good business relations.

• Ability to perform detailed work with numerical data.

• Advanced analytics skills.

• Advanced excel skills.
