Job Description

Our staffing firm represents a privately held digital transformation company that is one of the largest Digital Applications and Technology Solutions providers for the SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Business Technology Platform, and Microsoft Azure.

This 400+ employee firm, led by its dynamic founder and CEO since 2006, is seeking multiple experienced Account Executives to sell their solutions to Fortune 5000 companies based in North America.

This is a remote position, and you must live in a major metropolitan city.

They deliver delightful experiences across various digital touchpoints across the cloud - for SAP, Microsoft, and other cloud service providers.


  • Individual contributor role working remotely from your home office!
  • $80-$90K base salary with first year earning potential of $150K+. Uncapped commissions.
  • Accelerators: 15-30% premiums for net-new deals, selling targeted products, and exceeding plan.
  • Highly achievable annual sales quota of $1-$1.5M in total contract value (TCV).
  • Mandatory: 3+ years selling digital transformation or cloud-based S.W. solutions.
  • Knowledge of the SAP cloud-based and on-premises solutions OR Microsoft Azure is a huge bonus!
  • A background in sales development/Inside Sales is a fantastic foundation for success.
  • Up to 40% travel within your sales territory/region may be required - when it is safe.

• Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within assigned territory and accounts

• Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base

• Liaison and coordinate sales plays and plans with SAP and/or other external partners as well as run campaigns coordinating with internal marketing stakeholders

• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to securing a deal

• Participate and build pipeline from various Industry and SAP events

• Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives

• Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations

• Understand category-specific landscapes and Digital trends

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationship

• Quota will be between 1.5M - 2M, based on the territory and accounts

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in net new enterprise logo acquisition, preferably in SAP or Microsoft ecosystem or within large SI's or product organizations.

• Proven sales executive experience, meeting or exceeding targets.

• Communicate effectively, present/influence all levels of the organization.

• Experience selling to IT and business organizations.

• Experience selling to large enterprises.

• Ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

• Articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

• Consultative and Solution Selling experience.

• Negotiation and presentation skills.

• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
