FYXER is looking for an Account Director to manage, support and deliver for its expanding client base. Working with the likes of CharlieHR, ClearScore and Secret Escapes, you will help drive dynamic companies forward by ensuring FYXER's delivery teams provide a high-quality service and acting as the right hand of clients' leadership and management teams.

The role reports directly to the Director of Change and Transformation (Client Success).

We're looking for a hands-on Account Director that will:

  • Act as an external confidante to clients' leadership teams, providing them with solutions to enhance their teams' productivity.
  • Advise clients on a range of business support functions including executive support, recruitment administration and HR.
  • Manage FYXER's experienced delivery teams, ensuring the right people are assigned the right work and deliver a timely, high-quality service.
  • Build great client relationships and upsell FYXER's service to existing clients.

The ideal candidate should:

  • Have strong project management and organisational ability to successfully oversee and deliver on a range of concurrent projects.
  • Build relationships quickly and have the confidence to manage stakeholders at C-suite/Leadership level.
  • Work dynamically, combining speed of response with consistent high quality of output.
  • Have 5+ years of working with C-Suite and leadership teams in a service role, i.e. Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant or Account Manager at a consultancy or agency (marketing or events, for example).
  • Have experience managing diverse personnel and resources, such as different service providers and technology tools.
  • Be motivated by personal growth both in terms of skills development and career progression.
  • Be driven by client satisfaction. People thrive at FYXER when they are stimulated by client success.
  • Be a proactive self starter with a positive attitude towards experimentation.
  • Be technologically savvy and able to use software to work remotely.

This role is also available on a contractor agreement (self-employed) for individuals based outside of the UK. Contractors are not eligible for employee benefits.
