15+ years of experience in Contact Center domain. Good customer engagement skills, preferably managing multiple level stakeholders in customersrsquo organization. Having Contact center domain know how and hands on experience on managing CC projects. Preferably having knowledge of Avaya CC background. Should be able to manage multiple delivery engagements and be the first point of escalation for all delivery related actions. Should be able to contribute to account growth by working closely with Sales presales teams.
