Title: Video Editor

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our content production team. In this role, you will be responsible for editing high-quality video content for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and paid ads. You will work closely with the creative, marketing, and content teams to bring concepts to life through compelling storytelling and polished visuals.
Responsibilities:
● Edit raw footage into engaging video content for various platforms (e.g., Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Website).
● Add music, graphics, subtitles, transitions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
● Collaborate with the creative team to interpret briefs, brainstorm ideas, and execute video strategies.
● Maintain brand consistency across all videos.
● Stay updated on current video trends, styles, and techniques to continuously improve output.
● Organize and manage digital assets and project files efficiently.
● Export and optimize videos for different platforms, resolutions, and formats.
Qualifications:
Experience & Skills:
● 2+ years of experience in video editing with a strong portfolio.
● Excellent visual storytelling, pacing, and editing judgment.
● Understanding of best practices for editing short-form and long-form video for digital platforms.
● Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines independently. Proficiency in Editing & Creative Tools:
● Video Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve
● Motion Graphics & Animation: Adobe After Effects, Canva, CapCut
● Audio: Adobe Audition, GarageBand
● Design Support: Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator
● Collaboration & Workflow: Frame.io, Trello, Notion, Slack
● File Sharing: Google Drive, Dropbox
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
● Color grading and audio mixing
● 2D/3D animation experience
● Camera operation or basic cinematography skills
● Experience editing performance-driven ads for Meta or YouTube
● Knowledge of video SEO, especially for YouTube
