Job Overview:
We are seeking a creative and results-oriented E-Commerce Specialist (TikTok) to drive sales and brand growth through TikTok’s e-commerce ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with TikTok marketing, content creation, influencer collaborations, and paid advertising, with a strong focus on optimizing campaigns for maximum ROI.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute TikTok marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales through paid and organic content.
- Collaborate with content creators and influencers to amplify product reach and engagement.
- Create engaging short-form video content and ads that align with TikTok trends and audience preferences.
- Analyze campaign metrics and adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- Stay updated with TikTok's algorithm changes, features, and best practices.
- Monitor and manage budgets for TikTok
- Identify new content strategies and opportunities to accelerate growth on the platform - feeding into brand team, working closely on edits to optimise content
- Collaborate with the creative team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across platforms.
- Identify opportunities for cross-platform promotions and collaborations.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and platform updates.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve ROI.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing TikTok E-Commerce or marketing campaigns.
- Experience in beauty/ fashion/lifestyle marketing
- Proficiency in TikTok Ads Manager.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to drive decisions.
- Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and social commerce strategies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with a strong attention to details.
