Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for a career minded 1stLine Support Engineer/Technician to be based in Daventry, working for a highly reputable company.

Based: Daventry
Salary: £25-30k plus benefits
Job Title: 1stLine Support / IT Technical Specialist

You will provide phone and remote support for the computer & networking systems. This includes networking (internal & external), user hardware & software, server-based hardware & software, accessibility, and security, both internal & external.

Duties include:

  • Assist with resolving IT queries in the business
  • Answering incoming calls / communication with end users
  • Logging issues with a ticket system
  • Monitor and improve on Customer Satisfaction scores
  • Resolving software and hardware problems through escalation
  • Support for Microsoft O365 Products

Knowledge / Skills Requirements

IT Service Desk skills preferred
