Position: Business Development Representative

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST US Time

Holidays: US Holidays

Salary Range: 1500-2000 USD monthly

Job Description:

  •  Identify and research potential brands and businesses seeking support with their Amazon presence.
  • Prospect and reach out to decision-makers within target companies to introduce our agency services and assess their needs.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of leads through outbound prospecting efforts, networking, and industry events.
  • Conduct consultations and presentations to educate prospects on our agency capabilities and tailor solutions to their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with our agency team to create customized proposals and service packages based on client objectives.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals with potential clients, achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Provide ongoing account management and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and Amazon's policies to position our agency effectively.
  • Create engaging video content to capture the interest of potential clients, enticing them to schedule video conference calls with our Account Executives.
  • Conduct proactive account audits and develop concise videos outlining strategies to enhance sales and optimize Amazon listings.
  • Conduct email reach-outs and effectively manage communications to schedule prospective client interactions with our Account Executives.
  • Coordinate and schedule conference video calls, facilitating discussions between Account Executives and clients to explore growth opportunities by leveraging Silicon Valley Commerce services.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management, ideally within e-commerce, digital marketing, or agency services.
  • Able to demonstrate with 3 to 4 years of related experience.
  • Good understanding of Amazon's ecosystem, including Seller Central platform.
  • Familiarity with Amazon advertising (PPC) strategies and optimization techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive, positive attitude, especially in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
  • Ability to generate ideas and effectively engage potential clients in meaningful discussions about their needs.
  • Proficiency in recording video tutorials or audits to generate sales leads for our agency.
  •  Capability to manage appointments and handle email communication, efficiently collaborating with Sales Managers/Account Executives.
  • Motivated, driven, tech-savvy individuals with strong problem-solving skills.
  •  Results-oriented go-getters who are financially motivated.
  • Coachable individuals with an eagerness to produce videos for sales outreach.
  •  Organized candidates with the ability to input potential leads into our CRM and follow our agency's standards.

  •  Demonstrated ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels throughout an organization in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
  •  Proficient in using MS Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and performance tracking.

  • Experience in marketing copywriting.
  • Familiarity with Amazon operations (an advantage).
  • Proficient in product and keyword research.

  •  Set up to work from home with a stable internet connection and a quiet area in order to communicate with stakeholders and clients.
  • Familiarity with online meeting applications like Google Meets and Zoom.
