Position: Sales Representative
Salary Range: 800-900 USD per month + 5% rolling commission on monthly sales
Working Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, EST / 9:00 PM – 5:00 AM Manila PH time
- Outreach to Physicians: The primary responsibility is to reach out to physicians and effectively communicate the benefits of joining our directory. This involves employing persuasive and consultative sales techniques.
- Lead List Management: Utilize the provided lead list of physicians to identify potential prospects and initiate contact.
- Booth Setup Coordination: Collaborate with the Marketing Team to set up booths at relevant events to generate more leads and enhance brand visibility. This person would follow up on all leads at the event.
- Profile Building: Work closely with physicians to create and enhance their online profiles within our directory. This is based on a 3 tier system here.
- Follow-ups: Conduct regular follow-ups with physicians to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns. Additionally, provide support for managing their monthly subscriptions.
- Profile Building: Creating and maintaining profiles based on directory input, with a significant portion being automated for efficiency.
- Site and Interface Management: Overseeing the functionality and appearance of the site to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Collaboration with Social Media and Marketing Manager: Engaging with the manager to promote the highest-tiered directory listing package on social platforms like Klayvio emails. Connect with the marketing manager to feature physicians on the Website's social accounts like Instagram and Facebook.
Requirements and Tools:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in sales
- Experience using Gorgia's Email System
- Experience using Elementor in WordPress
- Experience with any CRM, lead generation, sales pipeline management, analytics, or communication tools
- While we appreciate relevant experience, we value enthusiasm, effective communication skills, and a proactive approach. The ideal candidate should be goal-oriented, able to work independently, and possess a keen interest in sales.
