Position: Digital Marketing Manager

Working hours: 9 AM - 5 PM EST Monday to Friday (always available on Slack/phone/zoom during those hours)

Holiday/s: US and/or PH Holidays

Salary Range: USD 1,000 - 1,500/month

About the role:

We are seeking a strategic and analytical MANAGER, DIGITAL MARKETING  (E-COMMERCE/SHOPIFY) with a proven track record in delivering exceptional results through consistent execution of strategic plans. The ideal candidate should have experience in developing, analyzing, optimizing, and executing e-commerce growth strategies across channels (social, ads, newsletter, Shopify, SEO).

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Analysis
    • Analyze G4 analytics to support SEO, social acquisition, newsletter, and objectives (below)
    • Analyze social media content performance to support objectives.
    • Analyze the Shopify reporting dashboard to support objectives.
    • Analyze Klaviyo reporting dashboards (flows and campaigns) to support objectives.
    • Analyze and report weekly on promotion performance (Shopify) and suggest optimizations (products/pricing).
    • Analyze and report weekly on revenue performance
    • Analyze display ad and pre-roll video performance in ads account and optimize.
    • Analyze LTV and optimize retention channels (Klaviyo).
    • Analyze Shopify baskets, customer cohorts/segmentation, and up-sells/cross-sells to achieve AOV objectives.

  • Tasks/Expectations
    • Work with and assist the Content Manager in scheduling and assigning content tasks across editors, writers, and vendors (A/V).
    • Work with the Operations Manager to provide analysis and feedback on sales and performance objectives outlined below.
    • weekly report card outlining results and efforts pertaining to objectives below.
    • Available and responsive from 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
    • Coordinate digital marketing activities and content schedules across vendors.
    • Meet regularly with digital marketing vendors with a focus on achieving objectives (newsletter, manager content, SEO, web developer, etc.)
    • Have a strong grasp of written and spoken English.
    • Bonuses paid on performance (bonus defined by objective line items).
    • Develop a bimonthly promotion program based on analysis.
    • Coordinate newsletter, social, SEO, and content.
    • ensure website listings reflect
    • 24-hour turnaround on tasks, optimizations, and execution.

  • Objectives
    • Increase e-mail newsletter subscribers weekly (~3,500 currently).
    • Increase email-attributed revenue.
    • Achieve newsletter KPI targets
    • Increase Google reviews by market organically (non-black-hat/paid).
    • Increase AOV from $58 to $80+ (Shopify upsell, segmentation, etc.)
    • Leverage Gorgias customer service as sales channel (new)
    • 3+ ROAS on display ad campaigns.
    • Define LTV and create substantiated objectives for incremental growth.
    • Increase conversion rate on Shopify from 4.5% to 6%+
    • Increase social media traffic acquisition monthly (currently ~5,000).
    • Increase website revenue week over week consistently.
    • Achieve SEO objectives within the agency contract (non-branded clicks, organic search traffic, technical scoring).


  • Must have proven experience in digital marketing
  • E-commerce background is a plus (ideally 5 years of experience in e-commerce)
  • Proficiency in using the following tools is a plus (should have an "I can figure this out" mentality with an understanding of how tools work):
    • Klaviyo (analysis not necessarily editing/creating emails)
    • Shopify dashboard - analysis of traffic/promotions/revenue/customer segmentation etc
    • G4 Google Analytics - pulling insights out from traffic/monetization.
    • Excel/Numbers - for basic analysis reporting.
    • Notion (for promotion and content calendars)
    • Meta Ads Manager analytics for ad optimizations.
