Job Description
Title: Business Analyst II
Location: Work from Home (Candidates must live in Florida)
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00AM - 5:00PM EST, overtime may be required on rare occasion
The Business Analyst II will be responsible for:
• Reviewing and analyzing business requirements
• Coding / developing outbound communication martials and conducting unit testing
• UAT and production bug/defects fixes on a set timeline
• Following Agile and Scrum methiodal environment for projects
• Attending Sprint planning meetings, retrospective meetings, and Sprint review meetings
Job Requirements:
Qualifications
• 2+ years of Business Process Analysis experience; experience documenting business processes and gathering requirements required
• SQL, Excel, Project and Visio experience
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum methiodal environment
• Knowle of SDLC
• Good communication skills with teammates and colleagues
• IT experience (coding/development)
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field required
