•Plans, executes, controls, and coordinates the activities of a project core team to produce deliverables agreed upon with executive and/or functional management.
•Manages the project(s) and executes activities around the boundaries of scope, schedule, and cost.
•Utilizes the Project Management Office's (PMO's) New Product Introduction (NPI) procedures and processes to develop new products and/or services for the Company.
•Reports project status to the PMO and other stakeholders.
•Manages external, internal, and capital project costs.
•Shows strong leadership skills for both their projects and as a senior member of the PMO.
•Works within an agile and stage gate methodology for the project including applying techniques for planning, tracking, change control, and risk management.
•Supports and adhere to company's core values.
•Performs other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required.

•Experience with Plainview or Sciforma Project management tools ( Converting from Sciforma to Plainview )
•Any PMP, PMI or Scrum Certification
•Experience in Agile development
•Exposure/knowledge of Firmware, Azure devops would also be a nice to have ( All firmware engineers work in Agile environment)
•Strong working knowledge of stage gate methodology
