• Support initiative to revamp IT Risk Control Framework
o Work with IT leadership team and risk consulting firm to help coordinate/support the effort to completion.
• Work with IT leaders to identify and update the revamped risk register
o Key risks defined and prioritized
o Action plans identified consistent with priority/risk
o Establish a process for securing ongoing updates.
• Work with IT leadership to define/refine vendor risk management policies, procedures, and processes
o Includes development of roles, responsibilities, etc.
- For the last 2 years Kim has been responsible for all IT business office functions (measures /metrics, relationship management, organizational development, IT finance, vendor management, risk management, etc.) Kim started building out their own risk framework but kept getting pulled off on various other tasks. This position will focus on defining IT controls that need to be in place, addressing risk in priority order - need a more tactical approach to listing their risk register - working to revamp that format right now, position will also be responsible for working with IT Sr. leaders to find what risks are bubbling up in their areas and get these listed in the register
