Job Description


In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our consumers who are searching for the best product that fits

their needs.

Candidates will be responsible for working in an auto dialer system where outbound calls will be made to people who have showed some sort of interest in a new home loan or refinancing their current mortgage. They may have gone on Lending Tree and looked at rates and provided their contact information. The company purchases this information and makes cold calls to them to set people up with Loan Officers.

In this role, they will be responsible for verifying the persons information, gauging interest in one of Loan Depots programs, and ultimately working to transfer the call to a Licensed Loan Officer who will take them further in the process.

If the caller is not interested, they disposition the call as to the result (ie., don't call back, call back at a different time, answering machine, wrong number, etc.)

Calls typically take about 1-2 minutes and they will be taking about 300-400 calls per day.

**Fully remote - all equipment will be shipped directly to their residence


· Location: Remote (equipment will be provided)

· Type: Contract-to-Hire

· Schedule:

o - Training: 8:00am - 5pm

o Incubation (first two weeks after training): 8am - 5pm

o Regular Shift: Any 8 hour shift between 5am - 8pm.

o Saturdays: There are 2 mandatory Saturdays per month. The

first Saturday is mandatory, and the 2nd one is "on call". They will

know if they need to come in for their "on call" Saturday 1-2 weeks


o If they are one of the top two performers on their team of

15, they will be able to choose their schedule for the next month. If not,

their schedule is chosen at random and is set for the month. They are able to

swap their schedule with whoever they choose though.

o Overtime: The top 50 performers will be given the opportunity

to work an extra hour at the end of their shift Monday-Friday for OT pay. Any

Saturdays worked will be OT as well.

· Rate: $15/hr + Commission

collections, customer service, Mortgage, Sales, Telemarketing, sales leads,

autodialer, loan origination, Outbound Calls

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to handle high volume phone calls (don't need call center experience, but understanding of how a call center works is key...attendance, coming back from breaks, call time and down time being monitored, etc.)
  • Excellent verbal communication phone skills
  • Basic computer skills and data entry
  • Previous call center/ sales experience highly preferred (Retail, Serving, Bar Tending, etc.)
  • High School Diploma
  • Call center experience
  • Mortgage experience
  • Financial services experience
