Job Description

100% REMOTE -AVAYA UC/CC Engineer

Skills: AVAYA , AURA , SBC , CMS, SIP , Trunking

Solutions in the customer's environment, are deployed in a dual data center with ASP4200 R4, and include the following:
•Avaya Aura System Manager
•Avaya Aura Session Manager
•ACME Session Border Controllers
•Aura Communication Manager (CM)
•Avaya Aura Media Server
•Avaya Call Management System
•Avaya Application Enablement Services
•Avaya Aura Enablement Services
•Avaya Proactive Outreach Manager
•Avaya Call Back Assist
•WebLM
•NICE Engage / Uptivity Call Recording
•Verizon SIP Trunking

In addition to the CM Tracing and SIP Tracing available in Avaya solutions, the resource will subscribe to a scheduled routine of solution log reviews and alarm checking. The resource will also utilize two customer-provided monitoring systems, Nectar and Dynatrace, that will be used remotely. The expectation is that the assigned resource will receive credentials to use them and training materials in the first week of the engagement.
